For years, I've been fascinated by the intricate relationship between nutrition, movement, and motherhood. As a Registered Dietitian with certifications in personal training and pre & postnatal coaching, I realized that many active women find themselves at a crossroads when it comes to managing their health goals and the demands of motherhood.
